As the weather is so amazingly cold and miserable at the moment, we’d thought we post a bit of summer sunshine on the blog. This wedding we shot at the absolutely stunning Château de Robernier in Provence, France last September was beautiful. Add the facts that Ronan, Brinda & their families were so warm and sweet and that the food they served up was definitely some of the best we ate all year, this has to have been one of our most pleasurable experiences as wedding photographers. We can’t wait to go back to Provence this year for a few more weddings. If you’ve not been there, go! It’s basically the most beautiful place in the world.

Yesterday we left Bordeaux behind to spend ten days in Biarritz. Today the sun was shining and people were actually swimming in the sea it was that warm. Christmas will feel weird here but I’m not complaining.

A non-wedding related post but anyway… In July, Jonny did a few days shooting for Company Magazine’s bi-annual publication, ‘Company Street-Style Edit’. So in the Autumn/Winter 2012 edition (out now) there are 15 pages featuring his portraits of some lovely ladies working in high street fashion. Here’s a little peek.

The majority of weddings we’re shooting this summer are at wine producing Château’s in South West France, however the exclusive Château de Brindos hotel has to be one of our favourite venues. Hidden away in Biarritz amongst an abundance of greenery and next to the largest privately owned lake in France it is a stunning setting for your wedding ceremony, reception or even honeymoon. Some of these photos from wedding’s we’ve photographed there this summer show the kind of event the brilliant staff at Brindos are capable of putting on.
